For customers
- You order from the shop, not from eMzansiEats. The shop sets its menu, prices, opening hours and pickup times.
- Orders are for collection in person. Prices are shown in rand.
- Items sold by weight are estimates. If the final weight costs more than you agreed, the shop must ask you to approve the new price before it goes ahead.
- If a shop cancels an order you have paid for, it must refund you. Refunds are handled by the shop.
- Unpaid online orders are cancelled after 30 minutes.
- Please give a real name and a phone number that works.
For shops
- New shops are checked before customers can see them. We can suspend a shop that breaks these terms or the law.
- You are responsible for your menu, prices, food safety and the orders you accept.
- The subscription fee is shown on the Subscription page. eMzansiEats does not take a commission on your food sales.
- You must keep your staff sign-ins private and remove people who leave.
The service
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be down. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
